By accessing or using EveryEvent Rio de Janeiro ("EveryEvent Rio de Janeiro," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website at everyeventrio.com and any associated services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you are using EveryEvent Rio de Janeiro on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

EveryEvent Rio de Janeiro is an event ticketing and management platform designed specifically for the conscious events community, including but not limited to:

• Yoga classes, workshops, and teacher trainings
• Meditation retreats and mindfulness programs
• Kirtan, sacred music concerts, and sound healing events
• Wellness festivals and spiritual gatherings
• Breathwork sessions and holistic health events
• Personal development workshops and seminars

Our platform enables event organizers ("Organizers") to create, manage, and sell tickets to events, and allows attendees ("Attendees") to discover and purchase tickets to these events.

Account Creation

To access certain features of EveryEvent Rio de Janeiro, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services. If you are under 18, you may only use EveryEvent Rio de Janeiro with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or our platform.

Purchasing Tickets

When you purchase a ticket through EveryEvent Rio de Janeiro, you are entering into a transaction with the event Organizer. EveryEvent Rio de Janeiro acts as an intermediary platform facilitating this transaction.

Pricing and Fees

All ticket prices are set by the event Organizer. EveryEvent Rio de Janeiro may charge service fees, which will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through our secure third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes and fees.

Ticket Delivery

Tickets are delivered electronically to the email address associated with your account. You are responsible for ensuring your email address is correct and for checking your spam folder if you do not receive your tickets.

Organizer Responsibilities

If you use EveryEvent Rio de Janeiro as an event Organizer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete event information
• Honor all tickets sold through our platform
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain appropriate insurance for your events
• Handle attendee data in accordance with privacy laws
• Communicate event changes or cancellations promptly
• Process refunds in accordance with your stated refund policy

Organizer Fees

Organizers agree to EveryEvent Rio de Janeiro's fee structure as outlined in our pricing documentation. Fees are deducted from ticket sales before payout, unless otherwise arranged.

Payouts

Organizers will receive payouts according to our standard payout schedule. EveryEvent Rio de Janeiro reserves the right to withhold payouts in cases of suspected fraud, chargebacks, or Terms violations.

Event Content

Organizers are solely responsible for their event content, including descriptions, images, and any materials presented at their events. Content must not violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, or contain harmful or misleading information.

Organizer Refund Policies

Each event Organizer sets their own refund policy, which is displayed on the event page. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the Organizer's stated refund policy.

Event Cancellations

If an event is cancelled by the Organizer, attendees are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. EveryEvent Rio de Janeiro service fees may or may not be refunded depending on the circumstances of the cancellation.

Event Postponements

If an event is postponed to a new date, your ticket will typically be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, refund availability is subject to the Organizer's policy.

Requesting Refunds

Refund requests should be directed to the event Organizer. EveryEvent Rio de Janeiro can assist in facilitating communication but is not responsible for Organizer refund decisions outside of cancellations.

When using EveryEvent Rio de Janeiro, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems to access our platform without permission
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our services
• Engage in ticket scalping or unauthorized resale
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use our platform for any illegal purposes
• Impersonate another person or entity

EveryEvent Rio de Janeiro Content

The EveryEvent Rio de Janeiro platform, including its design, features, code, and content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to EveryEvent Rio de Janeiro. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our services.

Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on EveryEvent Rio de Janeiro infringes your copyright, please contact us with the details. We will respond to valid copyright complaints in accordance with applicable law.

Platform Provided "As Is"

EveryEvent Rio de Janeiro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EveryEvent Rio de Janeiro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services.

Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of EveryEvent Rio de Janeiro shall not exceed the amount you paid to EveryEvent Rio de Janeiro in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Event Disclaimer

EveryEvent Rio de Janeiro is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of events listed on our platform. We do not endorse any Organizer or event and are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs at or in connection with any event.

Informal Resolution

Before filing a formal dispute, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We will try to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in the State of Maine.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with EveryEvent Rio de Janeiro on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on our platform. Your continued use of EveryEvent Rio de Janeiro after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any updates.

A Self-Serve Platform

EveryEvent Rio de Janeiro provides software. You create, configure, proof, and manage your own events — event details, ticket types, pricing, capacity, and the seating chart where one applies. You are responsible for reviewing what you publish before sales open, and for the accuracy of everything an Attendee sees. Hands-on setup and account management are not included; they are available as ancillary services on request, described below.

Seating Charts

Where EveryEvent Rio de Janeiro builds, imports, or edits a seating chart for you, it does so as an accommodation and not as a contractual obligation. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving any chart before sales open. Once sales open on a chart you approved, the configuration is yours.

Ancillary Services on Request

From time to time you may request additional services from EveryEvent Rio de Janeiro, including without limitation hands-on event setup, seating chart building, marketing and promotion services, on-site services, printed tickets, and dedicated account management. EveryEvent Rio de Janeiro may provide these at its discretion, and the terms of any such engagement will be covered by a separate written agreement. Fees for those ancillary services will be disclosed to you and agreed before you accept them. Absent a separate written agreement, EveryEvent Rio de Janeiro is not engaged to perform them and is under no obligation to do so.

Your Own Internal Costs

Your internal costs are your own. Staff time, contractor hours, labor, administrative burden, and lost opportunity are not recoverable from EveryEvent Rio de Janeiro under any theory, whether or not EveryEvent Rio de Janeiro was told they might be incurred. This applies to time your people spend building, configuring, proofing, correcting, or operating your events on the platform.

Designated Support Channel

In-product support is our channel of record. Requests made there are logged, tracked, and answered. Support offered anywhere else — direct email, text message, social media, or a conversation with someone who happens to work here — is a courtesy. It carries no response commitment and creates no obligation.

No Service Level Agreement

Self-serve plans do not include a service level agreement. We answer as promptly as we reasonably can, and no response time is promised or implied. Where a written agreement sets response commitments, that agreement governs.

We Keep Building

EveryEvent Rio de Janeiro may modify, update, redesign, add, or deprecate features and interfaces at any time. A change to how something looks or works is not a defect, and is not grounds for a claim. Where a change materially affects how you sell, we will make reasonable efforts to tell you before it lands.

New and Evolving Features

Features may launch in an early form and be refined over time. Where something is marked new, beta, or preview, expect it to change. Your feedback is welcome and genuinely shapes what we build — and it is offered voluntarily, creates no obligation, and is not compensable.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EveryEvent Rio de Janeiro, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of your events, your content, your use of the platform, your relationship with your Attendees, or your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law.

EveryEvent Rio de Janeiro will notify you of any such claim and may, at its own expense, participate in its defense with counsel of its own choosing. You will not settle any claim in a way that imposes an obligation on EveryEvent Rio de Janeiro without our written consent.
